The private information (name, contact information, medical information, etc) is provided to CCOED to help generate a database.  Any information that you do provide is protected under the

Advertising Policy

CCOED is a non-profit organization operated by volunteers. Our website does not accept advertisements and is managed by our board of directors. Our organization does receive support from corporate sponsors, fundraising, donations, and membership dues.  Sponsorship, donations, or other sources of funding do not affect the content of our website or the information provided within.
